BMI Operations & the Public Health Order for COVID-19

To our clients, suppliers, and others,

We’re all seeing the impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world. While this is a rapidly-evolving situation, we wanted to make you aware of what we’re doing as it relates to this situation.

As of Monday March 16, the County of Santa Clara and other counties of the Bay Area have issued a “shelter in place” public health order for all of the county’s citizens. This order was essentially extended to include our Sacramento office on March 17th.  This health directive will affect our ability to maintain some schedules for some clients.  While technical support will continue to be provided online, we will otherwise remain minimally staffed during this designated period.  We’re actively preparing to return to full operations on April 8th.
