If this is a VM and it does Vmotion or Live Migration, make sure to have a static MAC and UUID to minimize hardware changes on a move.

  • Create a new license activation code.
  • Login with a system admin-level account.
  • Click on Advance, Route Locations, Create license. (If you already have a license, you will have to delete it using the Delete License button)
  • Create the license and email support@bmiimaging.com.
  • Keep the page open and paste the response we send you. There is a time window within which we need to complete this process before the activation code expires.

For traceability, accounts are not deleted in DR; they are just disabled. 

  • Select “show deleted accounts” to see them. 
  • If necessary, you can reuse the account by selecting “restore account” when showing the deleted accounts.

To deactivate a user, log in and go into the Users screen and click on the “x” button of the user.

To add a new user, from the Users Screen: 

  • Click on the “Add User” button and fill in the information
  • After creating the new user, the new user needs to be added to a group
  • From the Users Screen, you can add the user to a Group by clicking on the Group button. It is the button to the right of the “x” button.

There is an IP address filter implemented in your configuration to restrict access from specific locations. Your current location is not allowed. Contact your Digital ReeL admin.

Your access is restricted with predefined location allowed. Typically, the allowed locations are from your company network. Your Digital ReeL admininstrator can provide an updated allow list to BMI if needed.

You can use the “Forgot Password” item under the login button.

Login and click on your name on the upper right and then select “Change Password.”

Please use the forgot password to get a new link. The link should be used as soon as you receive it.

Contact your Digital ReeL Administrator to have your account reactivated. It may have expired due to inactivity.

Un-expire the user by removing the expiration date in the user’s account.

Digital ReeL is a private hosting service. If you want access to specific content, please contact the content owner. If your company already uses Digital ReeL, contact your company’s administrator.

You have to have an account login. The company paying for access has the option to automatically log in from their computers.

This occurs using IE since IE has no built-in PDF reader. Install a PDF reader like Adobe Reader and make sure it is configured to open in the browser. Chrome and Firefox have built-in PDF readers.

It sounds like the email link to set the password has expired.

Please use the forgot password to get a new link. The link should be used as soon as you receive it.
