Kou Vue Promoted to Vice President of Operations at BMI

BMI, a leader in digital conversion technology, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kou Vue to Vice President of Operations. Since joining the company in 2011, Vue has been a cornerstone in BMI’s evolution and growth, especially in enhancing the company’s digital conversion capabilities.

Kou, a UC San Diego Management Science alumnus, quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Production (“Plant”) Manager in 2013, only two years after being hired. His rapid ascent is a testament to his exceptional leadership skills and his deep understanding of the industry. In his Plant Manager role, Kou is instrumental in streamlining day-to-day operations and optimizing resource allocation, ensuring that project goals were not only met but often exceeded.

His collaborative efforts with the project management and software teams have significantly contributed to the development of client-focused processes, thereby increasing operational efficiency. Kou’s dedication to continuous improvement and his ability to inspire his team have been pivotal in driving BMI’s success.
